We ship worldwide from our strategically located distribution centers in:
- Auckland, New Zealand (serving Oceania and Asia-Pacific).
- Charlotte, North Carolina, USA (serving North America and Europe).
- Sydney, Australia (serving Australia and neighboring regions).
1.2 Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- Standard Shipping:
- North America: 3–7 business days (via USPS/UPS).
- Europe: 5–10 business days (via DHL/FedEx).
- Oceania/Asia-Pacific: 3–7 business days (via local carriers).
- Expedited Shipping:
- Available for an additional fee (2–3 business days for most regions).
- International Orders:

2. Returns Policy
